All tour inquiries submitted via our website or WhatsApp are treated as non-binding requests. A booking is considered official only upon mutual confirmation of itinerary specifics, written acceptance of quotation, and receipt of the agreed deposit.
Due to seasonal houseboat availability, national park permit quotas, and fuel logistics across remote river corridors, tour prices are quoted individually or per confirmed group in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or US Dollars (USD).
All guests participating in orangutan sanctuary or national park visits must strictly comply with Indonesian Forestry regulations, including maintaining a minimum 10-meter distance, zero feeding, zero flash photography, and following ranger directives at all times.
Cancellations made 30 days prior to departure receive a full refund minus non-refundable park permits. Cancellations within 14 days may be subject to boat charter reservation fees. Force majeure events (river water anomalies, severe weather, flight groundings) will be rescheduled in consultation with guests.
